教学重点：

1．能够听懂、会说句型“When is your birthday? My birthday is in February. Is your birthday in February, too? No, my birthday is in ….”

2．会唱歌曲“When is your birthday?”。

教学难点：将十二个月份熟练的运用到重点句型中

课前准备：课件

教学过程：

1.Warm—up（热身）

Let’s chant

① 教师播放小诗两遍。

② 教师给出Chant中举手的那个小男孩的图，问学生听到哪几个月要“raise your hand”。再播放小诗，让学生找出答案：January, February。（教师把这两个月份的单词写在图的旁边）

③ 以同样的方式学习：March or April, up your stand.

May or June, touch your nose.

July or August, touch your toes.

September or October, touch your knees.

November or December, clap 1, 2, 3.

④ 学生听录音，边说边做动作。

⑤ 请若干名学生说月份，其他同学做出相应的动作。

2.Review : 12个月份及其它们的缩写形式　　

3.Presentation（新课呈现）

A  ① 教师询问一名学生：“When is your birthday?”，当这名学生回答完后问另一名学生：“Is your birthday in …?”，帮助学生答出：“Yes, it is.”或“No, it isn’t.”。

② 学生之间做对话练习。

③ 教师让一名学生到讲台前，面对黑板。用“Is your birthday in …?”句型猜一猜站着同学的生日，站着的同学用“Yes, it is.”和“No, it isn’t.”来判断对错。

④继续活动，让大多数学生都能参与到活动中来。

   B：Let’s talk

① 教师在黑板上贴出三个孩子的头像，分别是：Mike, Amy和Zhang Peng。告诉学生他们要听一段对话，并提问：“When are their birthdays?”。

② 教师播放Let’ talk两遍，请学生说一说他们的生日，如：Mike’s birthday is in December. Amy’s birthday is in February. Zhang Peng’s birthday is in October.

③ 学生看动画，并一句一句的说出课文。

④ 学生四人一组，进行编对话练习，最后请若干小组作展示。

课后反思：课前学生没有熟悉Let’s chant 的具体内容，上课的积极性没有调动起来，而且十二个月份的学习还存在问题，学生不能够灵活掌握。
